Refund Policy
If the customer is a consumer by their country's law, they have the right to cancel the fee-based services.
Contract Cancellation Conditions:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 7 days from the day of the conclusion of the agreement.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
You only need to send your withdrawal notice before the deadline.
Effects Of The Cancelation Of The Contract:
If you cancel this contract, we will give you back all the payments we receive from you. This includes delivery costs. It does not cover extra costs from your choice of a pricier delivery type. We will do this without delay and by 7 days after we are told of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used unless you agree otherwise. In any case, you will not pay any fees for the reimbursement.
If you request to start the services during the cancellation period, you shall pay us for what was provided until you tell us you are withdrawing. You will pay in proportion to what was provided, compared to the full contract.
